The Brighton i360

Yes, British Airways i360 is a 162m observation tower on the seafront in Brighton.  Yes it holds 175 people and yes it does indeed weigh a total of 100 tons. But beyond the figures the Brighton i360 is a must see attraction if you are on the south coast of England.  It’s a venue that hosts events such as “Yoga in the Sky” and allows you enjoy a glass of sparkling wine if you choose to book that when you buy your tickets.

You can even hire the whole pod for your own exclusive use if you have an event that you want host in a pretty special place.

My daughter and her husband were in Brighton recently and were invited to try the experience out for themselves.  It is right on the seafront so it’s certainly easy to find, and there are plenty of car parks around where you can park the car too.   There is even an all day restaurant where you can grab a quick coffee or meal whilst looking out on to the beach.

You can find out all the opening times, book your tickets and find out what else is happening here: Plan Your Visit

How about celebrating Valentine’s Day in the sky?

Start your evening with a drink from the bar in our exhibition at ground level before boarding the observation pod, which will be laid for fine dining and decked with romantic white lights.

As the evening unfolds, relax at your table over a bottle of wine as the pod glides slowly from ground level to 450ft and back again, watching as the stars appear overhead.

Your delicious starter will be served during the first 25-minute flight, followed by the main course during the second flight, and desserts and coffee during the final flight. There will be a break between each flight to use the facilities at ground level.

Sounds incredible to me.

The experience will be closed for maintenance for a lot of January but if you book your tickets for a future date during that time you will get 10% off your tickets when booked online.

You will also have access to the Sky Bar and a weather guarantee that will allow you to return within three months if they declare poor visibility during your trip.

Caity and Dan loved their flight.   Everybody was super friendly and efficient and they had a great experience.  So you definitely need to add it to your “must do” list!

We were offered two complimentary tickets in return for a review
