Christmas Gifts for Adults — 2022

Shall we just crack on? I am sure you don’t need an introduction to my Christmas Gifts for adults guide, it is what it says it is really!

Premium Award winning Italian Wine

One thing you can guarantee with my Christmas gift buying list is that there will be wine on it for at least one person. And this is one website I always look at first. They have a super collection of wines, many you wont find anywhere else and for reasonable prices too. I was sent a gorgeous bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of St Magdalener to try out, neither of which we had tasted before. Both of the around £20 and if you buy six or more bottles there is 10% off. They will also deliver next day and gift wrapped so if you have a number of bottles to send I would definitely recommend them for that.

Red Letter Days

Red Letter Days have been on my radar for over a decade because they are the perfect gift for anybody and everybody, especially people who are impossible to buy for. It used to be that you had to pick an experience to buy but now you can buy these fabulous vouchers, in various dominations, allowing your recipient to pick the experience they would like to do. And there are almost 4,500 to choose from! These make a fabulous couples gift.

Made by Coopers

I have been lucky enough to try Made By Coopers a few times and adore their products. All of which are cruelty free and certified by the Vegan Society. They do a range of products from room sprays and candles to face and body oils, none of which contain parabens or SLSs or synthetic fragrances. Prices start from £15

Perfume Direct

This website is a must stop by site because you will find something for everybody. From stocking fillers and little surprises to splurges on an expensive favourite scent, Perfume Direct has it all. With prices from under a tenner and with 10% off for first time shoppers its the perfect place to start your christmas shopping. Many of their products already have big savings so you can really grab yourself a bargain, whilst also earning points on every shop that you can put towards future spends. its a win win! The Aqua di Parma we received has a whopping £35 off the RRP.

London Pottery Teapot

Honestly I have lost track of the teapots I have moaned about recently. They either don’t pour into the cup and you end up with a puddle on the table (or even worse, your leg) or they provide you with a cup and lull you into a false sense of security that you will get a second cup, giving you just a mouthful. I keep meaning to write a whole blog post on finding the perfect tea pot and then this one from London Pottery lands on my desk. Isn’t it pretty? In pretty blue and white its the perfect pot for four cups, or two mugs of tea. It is everything I want in a tea pot! And to stop a certain somebody leaving tea bags on the side of the sink I thought this miniature teapot would be perfect. We can but hope, hey? There are lots of other lovely things on the London Pottery website, this teapot was £20.

So Wrong it is Right Game

Think you know the answer? Good now dont say it but flip it, ditch it, switch it or deliberately get it wrong. This is going to cause some major rows on Christmas afternoon. I can’t wait! it is a great idea for a game. Retails for £17

OK Beauty Box

If you know somebody who likes to try out new products then this would be perfect for them. Beauty boxes curated by well known names and then sold at massively discounted rates. The current Christmas box is worth over £280 but is available for £50 and comes jam packed with products, many of them full size. The one I received offers a saving of over £100 on buying the items individually and if you want to really spoil somebody you would sign up and subscribe to receive a number of monthly boxes throughout the year!

Mainline Men’s Wear

Another site offering large discounts on items is this one, featuring an amazing array of menswear. Everything from jackets to shoes and everything in between. All items come with next day delivery too so if you have left it a bit last minute you can grab yourself something from here and stop panicking! If. the recipient loves a certain designer you can search by their name, or you can hunt by price. You are sure to find lots of things, I already have my eye on some other bits.

Photowall

When PhotoWall got in touch and asked if I would like to make some canvases I decided to surprise Bruce with getting a number of his photos from Iceland turned into canvases. It really was simple to select the size on the website and they then arrived beautifully packaged just a few days later. They even allow you to turn your photos into wallpaper if you want to, imagine that as a feature wall! If you would like to place an order than use mummybarrow20 for a 20% discount and free shipping

If you are looking for ideas for younger family members or friends why not have a look in my 2022 gift guide for children?

PS all items have been donated to local charities to raise money for families who might need an extra hand this Christmas (except the canvas and I have made a monetary donation in lieu of this one)
