It’s all very well taking all these photos on our phones, or with our fancy cameras, but what do we do with them afterwards? I have over 90.000 photos on my phone and whilst I grant you many of them are of cute cats or my dinner and probably only deserve to stay on my phone, there are some that I would love to see more often.
So when Photowall got in touch to ask if I would like to try out their service to have some photo canvases created I jumped at the chance. Rather than sharing my photos though I asked Bruce if he would like to get some of his framed as he is an excellent photographer and has taken many photos that really should be on the wall. In fact when I made this suggestion to him he didnt really know where to start but after spending a weekend thinking about it decided to hone in on our last trip to Barbados and those gorgeous sunsets, and the ice and silhouettes of Iceland.
Ordering on the Photowall website couldn’t be easier. You start by uploading your photograph and then answer the prompt for what size you would like. That done you are asked if you want it to wrap around the edges of the canvas, or to to have plain sides and then it is added to your basket. It couldn’t be simpler.
The Photowall canvases are then shipped and arrive within the week, securely packaged so they arrive in perfect condition and then all you have to do is decide where to hang them.
Something we are still working on.
