Salted Caramel Baileys Fudge

A sickly sweet but oh so gorgeous and ever so slightly alcoholic sweet

Serves: 20 small squares
  • 1 can of condensed milk (405g)
  • 500g dark chocolate
  • 75g butter
  • ¼ cup of Baileys salted Caramel. You could use Amaretto though, or Tia Maria
  1. Line a square cake tin with greaseproof paper, including up the sides.
  2. Melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water the butter, the chocolate and the milk, stirring constantly
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Add the Baileys
  5. Beat with an electric mixer until it goes smooth and shiny
  6. Spoon into the tin and smooth it out
  7. Place somewhere to cool until set
