Salted Caramel Baileys Fudge

A sickly sweet but oh so gorgeous and ever so slightly alcoholic sweet

Serves: 20 small squares
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk (405g)
- 500g dark chocolate
- 75g butter
- ¼ cup of Baileys salted Caramel. You could use Amaretto though, or Tia Maria
Instructions
- Line a square cake tin with greaseproof paper, including up the sides.
- Melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water the butter, the chocolate and the milk, stirring constantly
- Remove from the heat
- Add the Baileys
- Beat with an electric mixer until it goes smooth and shiny
- Spoon into the tin and smooth it out
- Place somewhere to cool until set
