A cake made in a mug, in the microwave in five minutes

Ingredients
  • 4 tbs flour
  • 4 tbs caster sugar
  • 1 tbs cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp of orange extract
  • 1 tbs of chocolate chips / chopped nuts / chopped cherries whatever you fancy
Instructions
  1. Add each ingredient to the mug, one at at time stirring after you add each new ingredient.
  2. Place mug in microwave and cook on full power.
  3. We have a super powerful microwave so it only takes 2 minutes 20 seconds in ours but it might be nearer 3 minutes in a less powerful oven.
