A very naughty biscuit

Ingredients
  • 250g packet of Digestives
  • 100 g Butter
  • Small tin of Condensed milk
  • 4 Crunchie bars
  • 150g milk chocolate
Instructions
  1. Put biscuits in Thermomix and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 9 until you have breadcrumbs.
  2. Pour biscuits into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Put butter and condensed milk into Thermomix
  4. Heat on 50 degrees, speed 2 for 3 minutes
  5. Pour the biscuit crumbs into the butter mixture.
  6. On reverse speed 2 mix for 30 seconds
  7. Roughly chop 3 of the Crunchie bars and stir into Thermomix bowl.
  8. Pour the mix into a 20cm square baking tray lined with baking paper
  9. Put chocolate into Thermomix on Speed 5 for 10 seconds.
  10. Scrape down the bowl and melt at 50 degrees, speed 2 for 4 minutes
  11. Pour chocolate over the Crunchie mix in the tin.
  12. Roughly chop remaining Crunchie bar and sprinkle over tin.
  13. Put into fridge to harden
