A Scotch Egg made with muffins, chocolate and a Cadbury's Creme Egg centre

Ingredients
6 Creme Eggs, wrapping removed
6 chocolate muffins
60g caster sugar
175g butter, cut into cubes
4 tbs cocoa
60g milk
600g chocolate
Instructions
Place muffins in Thermomix and blitz to crumbs for 20 seconds, speed 6.
Empty into a mixing bowl
Pour caster sugar into Thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds on speed 10
Insert butterfly whisk
Add butter, milk and cocoa powder
Mix 3 minutes on speed 3
Scrape down sides and mix 30 seconds speed 3
Remove butterfly whisk
Spoon half the buttercream mix into the reserved muffin crumb and stir with a spoon
Continue adding buttercream until it becomes a malleable dough
Take about a spoon full and slightly flatten on palm of hand, sit a Creme egg on top and then add similar amount of dough to cover the Creme Egg. Smooth down
Place on greaseproof paper
Repeat until all Creme Eggs are covered
Place in fridge to set
Wash Thermomix bowl and dry thoroughly
Put chocolate, broken into pieces in Thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds on speed 10. Remove ⅓rds and put to one side
Melt remaining ⅔rds of chocolate still in Thermomix for 6 minutes at 37 degrees on speed 2
Scrape down sides and melt for further minute if needed
Remove eggs from fridge and cover with melted chocolate, using a pastry brush to do the sides
Sprinkle with the reserved grated chocolate
Return to fridge
