Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes. You are advised when booking that there are around 40 stairs to climb prior to getting into the lift. It is in a relatively narrow space so if you are at all claustrophobic you might want to consider how you will feel. It is a tight stair case but it is light. If you are in a wheelchair there is a lift that allows you to by pass the staircase and enter the lift directly. Manoeuvring around inside the lift isnt quite so easy as there will be around a dozen people in there with a small bench in the middle but in our trip everybody was mindful of getting out of the way to ensure the guest in a wheelchair was able to see everything she wanted to.

You don’t exit the lift but it is made of glass so you are able to walk around inside the lift to a 360 degree view of London. You have around ten minutes to get photos before the lift then descends again.
