This post includes gifted items sent for gift guide inclusion
Easter traditionally is a time for chocolate right? Well I thought I would do a bumper Easter gift guide that doesn’t feature chocolate but has a few other Easter gift ideas. So if you are finding yourself wanting some Easter Gift ideas, here goes:
Blade and Rose
When these arrived I couldn’t wait for Lily to try them on. And then as soon as we saw her wearing them Caity went straight on to their website to order three more pairs. Blade and Rose is a family run business based in Kendal in the Lake District, creating fashion that embraces a child’s individuality.
As you can see these are their Peter Rabbit leggings and they retail for £10 a pair. The quality is fabulous and they wash beautifully.
Vex Gift Cards
A Vex Gift Card is the perfect guide when you just dont know what to buy the recipient. You chose the amount of your gift and then whether you want it to be an e-card which is delivered via email, or a physical card which can be sent to you, or directly to them. You can load the card with any amount up to £500. The recipient is then able to redeem the Vex Gift card for a gift card at one of over 150 retailers. Everything from Amazon to Uber, giving them the ability to chose their favourite retailer. It couldn’t be easier.
Arran of Scotland Gift Set
I have been a huge fan of Arran of Scotland for a few years, their products are gorgeous, and their gift sets really are beautiful. I was sent one of their signature hand wash and hand cream sets which featured zest of lemons, grapefruit oil and hint of bergamot. As somebody who loves a citrus note in their beauty products I would be thrilled to receive this as an Easter gift or birthday present. There is a huge variety of presents on their website, with prices starting from £10.
At the moment there is also 20% off for new customers, and there is a free gift if you spend over £50, so if you haven’t shopped with them before now is the time!
Tile
If your gift recipient is prone to erm how can I put this delicately.. losing things, then this might be the best present you could ever give them. The idea is very simple, they attach the small tile to their keys, or put the larger one in their wallet or hand bag and then connect them to their phone via Bluetooth and the Tile App. If they then misplace their keys, wallet or bag, hey presto they can find them quickly. Genius, right? Right.
It works with both Apple and Android devices, and the range of devices also includes a sticker that you can attach to other items (AirPods or iPad for instance). This “starter pack” is £45 but prices start from £20.
Inscripture
inscripture make the most beautiful jewellery, many of which can be personalised, all of which tell a story. You can have pieces with photos included or a dearly departed pet’s paw print. They can even do finger prints and children’s pictures. They sent me a beautiful bracelet with my initial engraved on it and I was worried it wouldn’t fit as I have quite fat wrists but I shouldn’t have worried. The chain is cleverly designed to expand, and as such I haven’t taken it off since it arrived! With prices starting from £16 there is something for every recipient and occasion.
Fentimans
Fentimans dont just make tonic you know (albeit fabulous tonic I grant you). Their rose lemonade is my absolute all time favourite, and so when they sent me some (along with their ginger beer) I was thrilled. The ginger beer was new to me but I am going to love drinking this over the summer. Like their tonic these are also botanically brewed with the best ingredients. If you are off to stay with friends or family this Easter how about turning up with a selection of incredible mixers? Available in all good supermarkets and online retailers.
Fulton Umbrellas
Fulton Umbrellas are by appointment to the Queen no less, so when it comes to umbrellas these are beautiful. And as traditionally April is the month of showers one of these would make a great Easter gift, dont you think? There are a variety of sizes and styles to choose from, with prices starting from £20
Warninks Advocaat
Advocaat is an alcoholic drink made from egg yolks, brandy, vanilla and cream (so it isn’t vegan) and is traditionally associated with Christmas and “Snowballs”. How about an Easter cocktail though? It is super easy to make and will be an instant hit with your guests. Available in all supermarkets, or on Amazon.
To make one Easter Fizz you will need
- 100ml of ginger ale
- 50ml of Warninks
- Squeeze of lime
- Mini eggs to garnish
Mix all the drinks together and pour into a Martini glass, and garnish with the eggs. Enjoy!
Home Workout set and Fabric Resistance bands
Now this might not be your first thought for a gift idea but actually I really like it. It’s essentially a home gym in a box. It comes with an ab roller, a skipping rope and push up stands. And retails for just £20. The fabric bands are £13 and allows you to start from light and move up to medium and heavy as you get stronger. The heavy resistance band is designed to push you to the limit as you work through glute-activation exercises. Amonax workout bands can also function as leg weights for women to exercise inner thigh, outer thigh, ankles and other leg and glute muscles. If getting fitter is on the cards this spring then this would be ideal.
Easter Share Box from Bradfords Bakers
Bradfords Bakers have a whole variety of edible goodies and they were kind enough to send me their Easter Share box to try out. The box came with brownies, doughnuts and cupcakes all topped with an Easter egg and retails for £25.90. Perfect for an Easter get together, right?
Send Them Cupcakes Easter Fun Box
Another foodie idea is this one from Send Them Cupcakes, a fun box of nine cupcakes. The box is £25.90 and each vanilla or chocolate cupcake is topped with thick icing and either an egg, chick or bunny. All presented in a sturdy box, and secured with ribbon. If you have them delivered you can even send them with a gift message!
I hope you found this guide useful, do let me know if you buy any of the products!
