Lisa Faulkner at Henley Literary Festival ticket giveaway

I am going to keep this brief.  No flim flam.  No messing about.   A blog post that if it were a noise it would be a “BOSH” kinda thing.

My lovely friend Kate at Gower Cottage Brownies (who I have written about a million times before) has got her paws on some tickets for events next week at the Henley Literary Festival and has asked me if I would like to do a give away to you lovely lot.   How could I refuse?!

Henley Literary Festival is one of my favourite events on the calendar, and not just because it means I can catch up with Kate.   The line up is always amazing and despite the list of events including world renowned superstars the festival itself still has an air of intimacy.  Of this being a chat over a glass of wine in somebody’s lounge.  Even if the speaker is Ranulph Fiennes, Prue Leith, Princess Michael of Kent, Melvyn Bragg or Terry Waite.

And Lisa Faulkner, actress, and award winning chef who is speaking next Thursday night, in a session sponsored by Kate at Gower Cottage.   Hence Kate having some tickets for me to give away .

Not just any old tickets though, these are reserved (tickets on general sale are not allocated so you need big elbows if you want to be at the front) ON THE FRONT ROW.

And not only are they front row tickets but Kate has kindly said that she will wrap them up and send them to winners in a box of her award winning when-youve-tried-them-you-will-eat-any-other-brownies brownies     But we need to be quick as you need the tickets by Wednesday as the event is on Thursday, which means Kate needs your details on Monday to get the brownies out on Tuesday for delivery the next day.
