I am going to let the photos speak for themselves in this post.   A bit like Silent Sunday, but there are more than one.

You may not know this but private beaches are banned in Barbados.  If you are lucky enough to own a beach front property you are prohibited by law from blocking access to the beach for the public.  But if this is not as good as private, what is?

Reached from the road in between two houses belonging to “stars” we were introduced to this yesterday by two dear friends who live here.

So we snuck back for two hours this afternoon, just the two of us with a bottle of diet Coke and a book each.

There are many reasons why I love Barbados but I can’t think of a better one right now.
