The Judas Scar. An occasional review

Well, I’m just squatting here really while T is looking the other way, and thought I’d just jot down some musings on a rather fab book that turned up from a lovely lady called Amanda Jennings.

It’s an interesting tale of a couple stuck in a rut, trying to sort themselves out, wondering whether they should carry on or call it day, and follows them through some trials and tribulations (I’m not going to give too much of the plot away) before the explosive ending.

The tale opens with a scene that confuses and intrigues you, and it’s a long time until that is explained.

If I tell you anything more about it, I’ll give too much away, so the only thing I would say is “if you’re looking for something to read, you won’t go far wrong here”.

Just don’t expect to do too much for the next day or so as you probably won’t be able to put it down – I found it extremely engaging and Amanda’s writing drips off the page.

I devoured this book – my only regret is that, now that I’ve read it, I won’t be able to read it again for the first time. I’m quite envious of you lot….

If you’re interested in finding out what I’m on about, you can buy it just about everywhere, but there’s a small website you may have heard of called Amazon – they have it:

I hope you enjoy it even half as much as I did.

Bruce
