I realised recently whilst doing some blog admin that I have quite a few ice cream recipes so I have rounded them up into my top five ice cream recipes to make it easier to find them all!
Ice cream is one of those magic desserts for me. It can be really mundane or it can be knock your socks off incredible, and actually it isnt a case of the most expensive is the best. Who here would disagree with me saying that a £2 99 Flake cone from the ice cream van is one of the best? Exactly, nobody would. Yet I have had some £15 ice cream desserts in restaurants that have left me cold (no pun intended).

This is the easiest ice cream recipe to make. In fact if you only ever have one ice cream recipe in your repetoire make it this one. Three simple ingredients that you mix together, you don’t even need an ice cream maker.

This Ferrero Rocher ice cream is like the smoothest, tastiest chocolatey mousse you have ever eaten. It doesn’t freeze hard but it really is delicious.
Apple Pie Ice cream
You might think that apple pie accompanies ice cream, not that it goes in it and that would be a shame. This apple ice cream is really easy to make, an tastes fabulous. Especially with an apple or rhubarb crumble.
Frozen Berry Yogurt
Okay, this one isn’t technically an ice cream recipe but it IS frozen, and it is delicious. And very easy to make.
